Delivery Format
This program is taught in a 6-week, virtual 15-hour master class. Each module is 2.5 hours in length and incorporates structured pre and post workshop reflections and learning assignments. Participants are paired with a learning partner to practice the skills with and enhance retention. One to 0ne leadership coaching is available to deepen the skills.
