Delivery Format

This program can be taught in a 6-week, virtual 15-hour master class. Each module is 2.5 hours in length and incorporates structured pre and post workshop reflections and learning assignments. Participants are paired with a learning partner to practice the skills with and enhance retention. 

In person events are a condensed two days with minimal pre and post work. We recommend adding 3 mentoring sessions with this option to maximize ROI. Weekend delivery is an option to reduce the impact to sales operations.
